Founded over 40 years ago, Eagle Mold Technologies is San Diego’s leading designer and manufacturer of the most comprehensive line of plastic and metal injection molds. We build prototype and lower priced aluminum molds through Class 101, 1 million plus shot, high tolerance and hardened steel molds. We work on a wide array of special tooling needs, including medical, orthodontic, irrigation, biotech, electronic and aerospace.

Because of our expertise at injection molding, we are experts at designing and building a tool that will run parts with structural, dimensional and cosmetic integrity at the onset. Our focus is to build molds of precision and quality that will sustain the test of time, run to run, machine to machine, lot to lot. The diverse experiences of its’ 20 employees has made EMT experts at machining metals, plastics, and graphite. We have a fully equipped 10,000 sq.ft. facility utilizing advanced high speed CNC machining centers, CNC Sinker and Wire EDMs. Eagle has built a reputation that assures the customer receives the quality they expect.
